Joining a Class

Beginners

Before joining a group class, I ask complete beginners to attend at least one (sometimes more than one is required) private session in the Monmouth studio.

As well as deciding whether you like the style of teaching and whether pilates is right for you, you will also:

  • Learn the pilates fundamentals of alignment, breathing, control and mobility
  • Learn the main start positions and movements
  • Learn how you can incorporate pilates into your everyday life

After completing a private 1:1 session, you will be given first refusal to book a free taster class in the class you have requested to join, (subject to availability) before committing to a weekly class and paying by monthly direct debit.

Already experienced in Pilates?

If you are not a beginner and wish to join a weekly mat class, please CONTACT ME for availability.  If there is space in the class you wish to join then you can attend a free taster class before committing to a weekly class and paying by monthly direct debit.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation of private, semi private and bespoke small group classes requires strict 48 hours (2 working days) notice otherwise the full fee will be charged.

Introductory courses are non refundable.

Cancellation of regular mat classes require 1 month notice (i.e one more direct debit payment will be taken after you cancel).
