Joining a Class

Introductory/Taster Courses

Before committing to a regular class, I ask new students to complete a 6-8 week introductory/taster class or a series of private sessions.

Courses are held in Monmouth and Usk and run at the beginning of every month, subject to availability.

 

As well as deciding whether you like the class style and whether it is right for you, you will also:

  • Learn the pilates fundamentals of alignment, breathing, control and mobility
  • Learn the main exercises, start positions and movements
  • Learn how you can incorporate pilates into your everyday life
  • Understand how pilates can help you individually.

After completing this course, you will be given first refusal to book a weekly class and pay by monthly direct debit.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation of private, semi private and bespoke small group classes requires strict 48 hours (2 working days) notice otherwise the full fee will be charged.

Introductory courses are non refundable.

Cancellation of regular mat classes require 1 month notice (i.e one more direct debit payment will be taken after you cancel).
