Group Mat Classes are suitable for all levels and those who like to be in a regular weekly class setting. Class sizes are small to ensure individual attention, correct alignment, and technique.
Toning, flexibility, relaxation, improved posture and increased body awareness are some of the many benefits of mat classes. In these classes, traditional pilates exercises are modified and adapted to suit the individual to ensure a full body workout. Small equipment is often used to enhance the exercises, these include balls, rings, bands, weights and foam rollers. Classes run in 13 or 14 week termly blocks and are pre-paid/pre-booked.
If you are a beginner or have limited experience you will be required to attend an introductory session at the Monmouth studio before joining a class.
